The 603 Alliance will host a training seminar Tuesday at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics for conservative Republicans interested in helping plan and pull off its unconventional caucus Oct. 17. The training, which is free, starts at 5:30 p.m. On Oct. 17, the caucus voting is set to begin at 11:30 a.m. The idea for the 603 GPS Caucus (GPS stands for “Grassroots Presidential Selection) is for Republicans to rally round a conservative presidential hopeful — a man or woman who embraces free markets and constitutional principles.
