Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake has a problem. Sorry, she’s got a a lot of problems, not the least of which is herself. No, this is a new problem. Four ranking members of her staff (office of criminal justice) have quit without notice or reason. (A fifth has done the same since the linked story was published.)
They just resigned and walked away. Maybe they needed some space…or something.
