Breaking News: NH Senate Tables Buffer Zone Repeal -Taxpayers Will Now Pay

Republican Senators Jerry Little and Nancy Stiles sided with Democrats in a  12-12 vote on the buffer Zone repeal bill in the NH State Senate.  Jeb Bradley (a co-sponsor of the unconstitutional law this would repeal) immediately moved to table the repeal bill which will send a signal to the judge that the lawsuit against the unconstitutional law may now move forward.

A similar case in Massachusetts cost taxpayers millions for the state to defend a similar law the Supreme court overturned as unconstitutional, plus another $1.24 million the state had to pay for Eleanor McCullen’s attorneys fees.

Not one Democrat stood with Free Speech or taxpayers.  Not. One.

Senators Little and Stiles should consider a job with Maggie For US Senate.  Forcing Governor Maggie Hassan to veto that bill would have put the entire cost of the lawsuit in her and the Democrat parties lap.  Instead, so-called Republicans gave them cover at a likely cost of millions to taxpayers who are already being bullied (by Democrats) into coughing up another half-billion to fund the next state budget.
