NH Depatment of Safety Scraps Concealed Carry License Changes?

Can anyone confirm this news.…?  Susan, did the Earl of Sweeney ever get back to you?

CONCORD, N.H. – New Hampshire’s Department of Public Safety has scrapped a revised concealed gun license application following complaints from gun rights groups.

The state made changes to the application form in August. Three questions were added asking whether the applicant faced prior federal restrictions on gun possession. But critics said the questions were too vague, so the state removed them an the old application form was reissued.

Now for the real problem.  Who made and authorized the changes in the first place?

And did they drop them in hope of avoiding the answers to those questions?
