Jimmy Carter AND Dan Quayle can rest easy.  This administration will go down in History for having the first black president, but that may be the only hisorical highlight–unless here is a gag reel.

Here, Joe Biden, on a women’s outreach lunchen, remarks favorably about working with a Republican like Bob Packwood (run out of office for sexual harassment) while the White House it tweeting about stopping sexual assault against women.
