The US House overwhelmingly passed a bill on VA accountability that would make it easier to remove incompetent Veterans Administration bureaucrats, but Harry “Road-Block” Reid’s Senate managed to just barely block the measure as 33 Senate Democrats opposed the Bill.
It’s not remarkable unless you note that none of the dissenting Democrats appear to be in tight Senate races this year.
But the Senate still managed to protect the Bureaucracy, even as the VA Scandal outrage expands.
