We talk transparency, whether the bill would do what proponents claim (it wont), who benefits most (elected officials, political parties, lobbyists), and who gets hurt (the grassroots, small business owners, and regular, unsuspecting citizens).
We also talked SB 389 which would give Fish and Game police powers to enforce motor vehicle law. “The Park ranger says reasonable suspicion is the same as probable cause Boo Boo.” “Gee, I don’t think so Yogi.”
