Did The ‘Ready For Hillary’ Super PAC Spend over $100,000.00 In NH to Try And Elect Mike Cryans?

I'm Ready for Hillary's Outside moneyReady For Hillary is an out-of-state Super PAC that ‘invested’ people, time, and out-of-state money, to help New Hampshire Democrat Michael Cryans in his race against Republican Joe Kenney for a seat on the state’s Executive Council.  A review of ‘Ready for Hillary’ PAC’s first quarter 2014 FEC filing shows expenses (just in New Hampshire) totaling $109,000.00, most of that for direct mail.

Michael Cryans final filing with the NH Secretary of State show that his campaign spent $143,000.00 on the race.

The Kenney campaign spent $46,646.00, the Belknap County Republicans spent $1000.00, and the NHGOP listed 19,814.00 dollars in expenses related to the District one Executive Council seat election.   That’s $67,460 dollars from all Republicans, compared to $252,000.00 for the Democrats, almost half of which came from a single out-of-state Super PAC, presumably for mailers to the very large district one.  And…they still lost.

So, Democrats.  Please tell me that sad story you like to tell about how you are against the evil influence of “outside money” in politics.

I know it will be hard but try not to choke when you tell it.
