Democrat Al Gore made himself newsworthy (without making any news) back in January, but in the context of recent remarks by Democrat Donald Sterling, we should revisit them.
Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos last week, former vice president Al Gore asserted that it’s crucial for global philanthropists to impose “fertility management” on Africa.
Democrats have a history of trying to manage the fertility of African-Americans, also known as Americans. Democrats have a history of using wage policy against blacks, gun policy against blacks, guys in white sheets who burn crosses against blacks, and on and on. So Mr. Gore’s remarks are on the mark for a progressive born in DC with a root or two in Tennessee Tobacco farming.
Luckey for him, he is a Democrat. No one will ask him to give back his peace prize, or his Oscar, or to shut the hell up, or much of anything else, even though he got those awards for getting rich by making up a religion about the weather and convincing governments to mandate tithing to his false god.
