Brown Note

I like some variety in the posts but sometimes you have to follow the wave, so here’s my latest contribution.

I took a look at GovTrack.org to see where some folks fell on their US Senate ideological graph–based on voting records.  Visuals can be very helpful in times like these.

Senator Brown is left of center and by all accounts is flattered by this.   Brags on it.  He is proud to be the moderate third way guy who voted with Democrats 62% of the time in 2012.  Well, if he really is proud of it, he could not possibly take issue with our reminding Republicans about it all the way to the primary, right?

As a post production note, the NHGOP Party platform could well be further to the right, but the point to be made is that it is far from Brown, possibly further than pictured here.
