Ms. Lainez is a single mother and university student who challenged the Florida State University systems ban on securing firearms in your vehicle while on campus. The ban, like the one in NH, violates state law; Ms. Lainez and Florida Carry Inc. Successfully overturned the ban, and we talk with her about that, and what she expects after the verdict.
