Welfare – 1. A program that spends $84,000.00 per year per family of four ($21,000.00 per eligible man woman and child) and still can’t manage to end poverty.  2. effort to empower Democrat voters in unelected and unaccountable public sector union jobs under the guise of helping people in need.
