Hillary Mini-Series- “Pant-suits and Bimbo Eruptions on the Road to A Progressive Paradise,” Shelved

Alright, that was not the title of the destined to be Emmy nominated, Pulitzer-winning, MTV Movie award, Kids Choice Oscar contender/nobel peace prize garnering work (whose sound track would have been available on Geffen) meant to showcase the struggle of a well-heeled, well-connected, social climber whose intellectual agility and actual skill-set is only slightly less impressive than that of Joe Biden on Vicodin and jello shots served by a wheel-chair bound,  black skinned man from Paahkeestahn who owns a 7-11, and keeps running over people in his limo.

I’m talking about the proposed Hillary made-for-TV-mini-series.  NBC has shelved it and hopes the idea will just quietly go the hell away, which is a bummer because I was really looking forward to the scene where she comes under sniper fire in Bosnia.  Gripping.

And no explanation from NBC, though I think it would have been much more amusing if they’d blamed it on a YouTube video.

Maybe we can now look forward to the Joe Biden puff-piece mini-series…wait.  I think that’s already in syndication.  It’s called Jackass.
