Ask Martha How She Does It

NH Vote Fraud at Martha's Motel Martha Fuller Clark home to out of state vote stealersApparently, the City of Portsmouth has a problem with people renting out apartments through Airbnb.

“Officials do not track Airbnb rentals specifically, and city attorney Robert Sullivan says he estimates the total number of cease and desist orders issued this year for short-term rentals is less than 10.”

“Sullivan explained on Thursday that unless something is specifically allowed under Portsmouth’s zoning ordinance, it is not permissible. And any business owner who hosts people for a fee, regardless of how they book the property, has to make sure they follow city ordinances for bed and breakfasts or hotels.”

It sure is nice to have Portsmouth officials looking out for any possibility a neighborhood might be blighted by a person renting out a room or two for a stay of under 30 days, as is reported in the story.

On the other hand, Portsmouth is delighted to have State Senator Martha Fuller Clark host numerous out-of-state vote thieves for months at a time, year after year, at her private voter fraud flophouse.

What a pleasant city.
