SCOTUS Puts Clean Power Plan On Hold

EPA

On a 5-4 vote the US Supreme Court has blocked implementation of the Presidents Clean Power Plan while legal challenges work their way through the courts.

Let us hope that the legal system drags this one out until at least the end of January 2017.

If the GOP doesn’t screw this election up we might have a shot at a President who will scrap the whole thing root to branch.
