Online Petition Calls for NHGOP Chair Jennifer Horn to Resign

Jennifer Horn’s comments regarding the 2016 Presidential Candidacy of Donald Trump jeopardize the primary process, and the first in the nation primary. As chairman of the Republican Party, she should be criticizing Democrats, not fellow Republicans.

Furthermore Jennifer Horn’s statements are in direct violation to the State Party’s Bylaws Article II section 1 Paragraph two, which reads : “…they shall remain strictly neutral in any such primary contest…”

In addition; Jennifer Horn has failed to recognized the legitimate Chair of the New Hampshire Young Republicans; denying their voice on the Executive Committee under Article IV Section 1 “The Executive Committee shall consist of…the President of the New Hampshire Young Republican Federation..”

Her divisiveness can no longer be tolerated; and she should resign.
