What if The GOP Wins Without Us?

A spine courtesy of the TEA PartyFrom Pete Ingemi ‘DaTechGuy.

But what (if) we stay home and they still win?

What if the GOP fails to win NH & NC and loses Kansas and still manages to get the net +6 seats to win the senate and increases their lead in the house?

If this happens what will happen to any perception of Tea Party / Libertarian power and how will a victorious GOP treat our causes?

Think about it.

I’m thinking…I see plenty of value in the argument, and it was Pete that suggested* that almost anything to get Harry Reid kicked off the top of the Senate manure pile might be worth the risk.   But would it really matter how they won?

I think we can all agree that after the November 2010 party the GOP Establishment turned into Ted Kennedy driving us home, and we were Mary Jo Kopechne.  The fact that we escaped the sinking car and keep stalking them with constitutions and questions has only made them despise us all the more.  If they win in November, with or without us, the best we can hope for is another car ride, but this time they’ll try to put us in the trunk.
