Bill O’Neil was last seen as both the President of the local 2320 Electrical workers union, and a Manchester, New Hampshire Democrat House rep., who won his seat in a special election. Bill O’Neil, president of local 2320 IBEW stepped down recently from the union due to serious allegations. Involves backbilling the union for services not rendered. Alleged corruption. The facts will bear out.
Will the facts bear out?
