Hobby Lobby has won its case against the contraceptive mandate, which means they cannot be forced to participate in that aspect of the ACA. Put simply, Government can’t make you buy a stranger contraceptives.
This does not damn ObamaCare, nor government insurance mandates, but it does allow for you to object to funding parts of it by force that run contrary to your religious convictions. And that is very important.
