Parker Gilbert ’16 was found not guilty of rape Thursday afternoon. The jurors acquitted Gilbert, 21, of all charges: five counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass.

Gilbert was found not guilty of vaginal penetration through force, vaginal penetration through concealment or by the element of surprise before the complainant had an adequate chance to flee or resist, vaginal penetration when the complainant was physically helpless to resist because she was sleeping, vaginal penetration without free consent, anal penetration without free consent and criminal trespass.

Parker should not be punished for rape if it was, in fact, consensual.  And based on testimony and the jury verdict, a case for rape cannot be made. Having sex, early and often, preferably at taxpayer expense, is endorsed, legislated, and enforced by the feminist/progressive industrial complex so that will be the end of that.

But Parker Guilbert is still a citizen of London, England, and someone at Dartmouth encouraged Gilbert to vote in New Hampshire.   Hanover moderator Willy Black did let him vote using his Dartmouth Dorm in Hanover as his ‘domicile’ in November 2012.  So Gilbert stole someones vote and no one has been charged with aiding, abetting, or committing that act of vote fraud.

H/T Karen Thoman c/o Facebook for the verdict.
