DOJ Employee Faces Hatch Act Violations for Involvement in Mob

Kristjen NeilsonOne of the ‘mob’ who chased Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen from a Mexican restaurant last month is 1) working with the Democrat Socialists of America (whom I just wrote about here) and b) is a Department of Justice employee who is officially under investigation.

Federal Hatch Act investigators have opened a complaint file on the Justice Department employee who was part of a mob that chased Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen from a restaurant earlier last month.

The U.S. Office of Special Counsel, which polices employees who illegally engage in politicking as government employees, has assigned a case number and a lawyer to the complaint against Allison Hrabar.

Hrabar is welcome to be a part of whatever socialist collective she favors, or just hang out with them on ops, but according to the Washington Times (reporting on details uncovered by the Daily Caller), “her Twitter account showed she had tweeted political messages during normal work hours.”

Ty Clevenger, an activist lawyer who lodged the OSC complaint, said she needed to face an investigation.

“If she wants to organize protests on her own time, that’s her business. If she wants to play politics on the taxpayer’s time, that’s my business,” Mr. Clevenger said.

Investigated, prosecuted, or not, don’t walk away from this story without realizing just how organized these public terror campaigns have become or how swamp rats are helping to coordinate them.
