Yep, another Right To Know. Yep, another “thing” with the Belknap County Delegation, and now it’s about our taxes paid out over admitted illegal Budget Review meetings. The County told us this themselves:
At a recent meeting of the Tri-County Republicans, I learned that if Harry Bean, a State Representative from Gilford and Chair of the Belknap County Delegation, does not post three public meetings for the delegation (state reps from Belknap County), taxpayers are in danger of a 35% increase in county taxes.
From Part 1: The Reps that are being scapegoated by Harry Bean are Reps that have experience in doing these budgets. They also know the Law better than he does. And they have no problem calling out lapses in Following the Law and/or mistakes.
So some birdies have been tweeting in my ear that a bunch of meetings have been held without proper noticing, the public doesn’t know, “fast and loose” is a phrase that could be applied to these “Citizens for Belknap PAC (Democrat) Republicans”. Think of it as a conservative alternative to the NHSBA (NH School Board Association) which trends from “liberal” to “militant Progressive”, especially concerning its Policies.
