This is a Right to Know case and the thrust of the case is very simple. It involves the right of a member of the public to obtain public records in electronic format. If you are unfamiliar with the nuances, Donna is a school board member in the Town of Sandown–part of SAU55–who has been bullied,  and blocked at every turn by the SAU Superintendent, Earl Metzler, from access to documents related to the course of her duties as a School board member and a taxpayer.
