After six years, it is about flipping time that responsibility be laid down and shift from always being George Bush’s fault to now being that the VA Scandal is President Obama’s problem. True, this Socialized Medical system (as the Government owns and pays for the “means of production” lock, stock, and barrel) has had problems for decades, but you can’t initially campaign on fixing it being a high priority in your Administration and then turn around and claim no knowledge until he reads about it in the media like the rest of us.
Sidenote: Right. This means that either Obama is absolutely incompetent, the staffers he has surrounded himself with are totally incompetent, or that the Progressive claim that Big Government can only be competent is a complete lie and fabrication. No amount of spin can say otherwise.
From a Washington Post / ABC News poll:
The poll, released Tuesday, found 38% of respondents viewed Obama responsible for a “good” or “great” amount of the VA’s woes; another 41% said Obama was responsible for “just some” of the controversy. That makes for 79% of voters who lay at least some of the blame for the scandal with the president.
