T-Paw Goes to Nashua - Granite Grok

T-Paw Goes to Nashua

T-Paw hobnobbed with the members prior to the meeting and afterwards, cheerfully posing for photos, signing books and answering questions. He also donated two signed books for the NRCC fundraising raffle.

Normal club business was kept short, there was a brief speech by Kevin Smith on Cornerstone and it’s achievements, and he noted some of the reasons why fiscal and social conservatives share more goals than they may think.
Jennifer Horn then gave a short intro and Tim Pawlenty took the stage for the main event. The PA system was a bit weak, but you can hear him clearly enough. Pawlenty set out his conservative positions and achievements as governor, briefly touched on his upbringing, and then answered questions from the floor for about ten minutes, before being mobbed for the second time.

My favorite candidate is hardly a secret, but Tim Pawlenty is one of the few others that I’d consider as a serious contender for the GOP nomination. Enjoy…
