George Washington: “I cannot tell a lie.” Hillary Clinton: “Truth? What’s that?”

Hillary Clinocchio

"Before I was born, a man named Sir Edmund Hillary became famous for being the first person to climb Mount Everest. My father named me after him as a symbolic message that I could achieve anything I wanted in life… that I could climb ANY mountain…"

Why is the fact that Hillary Clinton is seemingly unable to tell the truth about anything not gaining more traction? Have we reached a point where it’s only newsworthy when she DOESN’T lie? Here’s today’s whopper, from the NY Times:

Ohio Hospital Contests a Story Clinton Tells

By DEBORAH SONTAG

Over the last five weeks, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York has featured in her campaign stump speeches the story of a health care horror: an uninsured pregnant woman who lost her baby and died herself after being denied care by an Ohio hospital because she could not come up with a $100 fee.

The woman, Trina Bachtel, did die last August, two weeks after her baby boy was stillborn at O’Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens, Ohio. But hospital administrators said Friday that Ms. Bachtel was under the care of an obstetrics practice affiliated with the hospital, that she was never refused treatment and that she was, in fact, insured. (note: emphasis added)

“We implore the Clinton campaign to immediately desist from repeating this story,” said Rick Castrop, chief executive officer of the O’Bleness Health System.

Time to once again deploy the FOTDRRT (Fib Of The Day Rapid Response Team). You know the drill: One of her inner circle hacks like Lanny Davis will no doubt step forward and blame it on somebody (anybody) other than Hillary. This will be followed with some expendable second string campaign worker getting the axe. The final step will find the Clinton rumpswabs embedded within the mainstream media complaining about their peers being unfairly biased towards Obama, with Hillary claiming victimhood again. Oh, and don’t forget to look for the poor hospital in the fairy tale to get thoroughly trashed along the way, too.

Hillary Clinton

Poor Hillary… how she suffers in her quest to give of herself to a nation so in need of what only she can provide!

I’m lovin’ it!
