Observe the Spin. Harry Reid has blocked every budget for four years running.  The Democrat Senate has obstructed every effort to manage the fiscal needs of the nation in an orderly manner.  The only things that get action are politically driven, press-headline grabbing, last minute, temporary resolutions and machinations about raising the debt ceiling.
