WMUR Political Scoop has confirmed that Sean Downey will be working in some capacity in organizing the Northeast for the Super PAC, which has been committed to identifying potential Clinton supporters in 2016 and collecting checks of $25,000 or less.
Last month Downey left his role as the district director for New Hampshire U.S. Rep. Annie Kuster. He is now a principal at Hilltop Public Solutions, a Democratic political consulting firm.
Yes, Sean is with Hilltop Public Solutions, and one of the things they do best is specialize in dark money–moving cash around a candidate to get them elected. They’ve been tied to a number of scandals and implicated in violating campaign finance laws.
In New Hampshire they or their principles have ties to Paul Hodes, Jeanne Shaheen, Carol Shea-Porter, and Ann Kuster. I wonder if being associated with dark money tactics in any way invalidates your so-called “commitment” to the “People’s Pledge?”
Non resident Hilltop principles even steal votes in NH. They are getting ready to steal them for Hillary–from Elm Street in Manchester, at the very least.
