Initial US Jobless Claims in April Lowest Since September, 1969
A strange thing happened on the way to the unemployment line. The line got shorter. Another strange thing? About 70% of jobs filled in 2018 came as a result of individuals who were not even in the labor force. Folks who had given up looking got up and got a job.
