Stopped clock Bill Maher gets something right again and I think you’ll enjoy it. Yes, the first part of this clip praises Biden as capable and anything but doddering, and I’m not sure how he arrives at that illucid nonsense, but it leads to the next bit, which is amusing and ironic.
