Trump’s legal team successfully met with the Pennsylvania legislature this past Wednesday at a hearing to investigate massive election fraud. Trump’s Senior Legal Advisors Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis were there on behalf of the President to present their evidence.
It had a profound impact on the legislators, who filed a resolution yesterday disputing the Statewide 2020 Election Results (you can view it here), and to reclaim their power from the Secretary of State to appoint electors.
“We’re going to take responsibility of the Electors. We’re going to of course, void the certification because we can’t certify an election result that appears to be corrupted.
Now Trump’s Legal Advisors will meet with the Arizona legislature this Monday to present a trove of evidence that exposes the massive election fraud in Arizona. Jenna Ellis was on Newmax TV last night to discuss their plans for Monday’s hearing.
”We’re hopeful that Arizona will follow the same path that Pennsylvania has now spearheaded by going first, and by seeing that there is substantial and more than enough evidence that this election was irredeemably compromised,” Ellis said. ”And so, in Arizona, both the mayor (Rudy Giuliani) and myself will go to this hearing where legislators in Arizona will hear from witnesses in that state talking about the election official fraud that occurred in Arizona.
”And we’re hopeful that they will take the same course of action that the Pennsylvania state legislature is now doing and that they will also reclaim their state legislative authority and take back their opportunity, their mandate and their obligation under the Constitution to select their Electoral College delegation based on the actual election results, counting every legal vote, not based on the corruption and fraud that occurred.”
