House Resolution: Remove NETFLIX Film, “Cuties,” – Ask DOJ to Investigate Potentially Illegal Content

Cuties

After a number of constituents asked me to act on the recently released NETFLIX film, “Cuties,” I introduced a House Resolution calling on the Department of Justice to investigate the film.

We’d like to thank Rep. Max Abramson for the Op-Ed. If you have an Op-Ed or LTE

Both 18 U.S.C. 2251 and 2256 may have been violated by NETFLIX in the release of the film, which depicts underage girls twerking, grinding, taking video of another boy’s penis, blowing up a used condom like a balloon, sexting, and exposing both bare breasts and buttocks.

Many viewers have complained about the long, repeated close up shots of the girls’ breast and shorts area, including a long dance number with these 11-year-old girls bent over in very provocative ways that angered many parents, and should.

The House Resolution also calls on NETFLIX to take this exploitative content off the air, with Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard referring to it as “child porn,” and other posters calling it “soft child porn” or “pedo bait.”

JEZEBEL counterattacked her with the article, “It would appear that Gabbard is pedaling QAnon-Approved Conspiracy Theories on Main.”

Whatever the message of the film is, it was never necessary to show closeups of the shorts and breast areas of 11-year-old girls to make this point.

It wasn’t necessary to oversexualize young girls and display this kind of content in front of millions of men, women, and children.

Hollywood’s establishment gave Cuties a Rotten Tomatoes score of 88%, while the public gave it a 3% score. That is to say that the Democrat-RINO political establishment actually seems to have no problem with movies of preteens stroking their crotches in front of crowds of angry, booing parents.

What didn’t surprise me was the predictable response from the Totalitarian Left. As usual, they have fallen back on the tired, old Hillary Clinton tactic of attacking their accuser.

First, these rich, politically connected Democrats victimize women and children, then they publicly vilify and demonize their victims. Then the Democrats, communists, and media move their attention to something else.

The Telegraph headlines with “Cuties, Netflix review: a provocative powder-keg for an age terrified of child sexuality; Forget the moral panic – Netflix’s controversial French import is disturbing and risqué because that’s exactly what it aims to be.” Rolling Stone tweets, “Thanks to a major marketing mistake, the award-winning French movie ‘Cuties’ was accused of sexualizing young girls.”

Did I miss something? Were we watching the same film? Really? The New Yorker goes on with their story: “‘Cuties,’ the extraordinary debut that became the target of a right-wing campaign.” Critic Aja Romano goes further: “Incidentally, I’m a critic who highly recommends Netflix’s #Cuties — it’s a wonderful, poignant… The controversy surrounding it seems to be propaganda fueled by QAnon types and anti-Semites.”

Another leftie tweets, “audiences hate it because there’s a moral panic right-wing campaign targeting it, fueled in part by racism and sexism directed at a black woman filmmaker.” And more from the left-wing media, SAM ADAMS, responds with, “The Creepy Conservative Fixation on Cuties, Explained.”

And how does NETFLIX describe this film to unsuspecting viewers?

“Eleven-year-old Amy starts to rebel against her conservative family’s traditions when she becomes fascinated with a free-spirited dance crew.”

Notice the difference from their previous description. “Amy, 11, becomes fascinated with a twerking dance crew. Hoping to join them, she starts to explore her femininity, defying her family’s traditions.”

The Democrat Party has been a front for organized crime, weapons/human traffickers, rich Hollywood communists, pedophile rings, and even Latin American drug cartels, enacting Sanctuary cities, and gun control laws to take away their victims’ ability to defend themselves. Lolita, Thirteen, Kids, Pretty Baby, and now Cuties join a long line of exploitation films aimed at changing the culture to normalize hebephilia, pedophilia, and the increasing sexualization of children as young as six.

We will fight this battle against these monsters in our legislatures, in our courts, in Congress, on television, in letters, on radio, and on social media. And we will not give up on our kids and our values so long as we have breath a podium to speak into.

Rep. Max Abramson

Disclaimer: I did look up to who NETFLIX gives money to (nearly all Democrat politicians) after drafting the bill. I do not care what party some of these people are in–only that what they’re doing is criminal.
