Do We Really Have Any Voice?

Remonstrance

Do we really have any voice when our government no longer believes it has any constitutional obligation to actually HEAR the people’s grievances in the form of petitions and remonstrances?

And instead, holds up legislators as Lords and Barons that decide whether or not to hear the people’s voice and present it to the general court?

When the people’s court (the legislature) no longer serves its constitutional duty and function and no longer gives the people standing and no longer actually HEARS the peoples redress of grievance in the form of remonstrances and petitions, then the people have a constitutional right to remove it and take back their courts. Right now, people are, in fact, NOT being heard.

Their remonstrances and petitions are not presented but rather silenced and ignored. Their grievances are not redressed or even presented to the court. The people are not being heard! They are instead being ignored and told they are irrelevant, as we plainly saw recently in Windham.

The peoples’ government no longer serves them but rather fights against them to silence and squash their dissent and prevent the people from holding their government officials accountable for fraud, corruption, and criminality.

Attached is the 4th remonstrance filed by Daniel Richard with the Legislature. It still sits in the House Clerks’ office unheard while Legislators have the audacity to chide constituents for not reaching out to them with their grievances and support.
