As if on cue State Media has successfully scrambled the Propaganda jets and sortied it out. Yes, in 2016, Vice President Joe Biden called US troops stupid bastards, but he was just joshing. It was all in jest, and that “dull bunch” should have realized that.
“I want you to know notwithstanding what you may hear about me, I have incredibly good judgment. One, I married Jill and two, I appointed Johnson to the academy. I just want you to know that.”
He continues “so clap for that you stupid bastards,” as the crowd laughs. “Man, you all are a dull bunch. It must be slow here, man, I don’t know,” Biden adds.
I can picture lunchbox Joe (in a robe) after a nude swim in front of the female members of his secret service detail. Having lunch without the box except for its dinnertime. Calling out to the family or perhaps his wife, Dr. Jill, I can’t reach the mashed potatoes, you stupid bastards. Man, you are a dull bunch.
Probably tosses that one around all the time.
His campaign insists that this is good old fashioned ribbing and taken out of context unlike when say, some Republican (maybe even President Trump) says something they can sound bite – or deceptively edit – to appear derogatory.
And when they get caught the fall back on, okay, they didn’t actually say that, but it is what they mean. What matters in the nuance and obvious intent, with or without context, that advances our political agenda.
And some portion of the country wants these same people to have more power.
Democrats do say derogatory things about the troops, and they think they are intellectually superior to the rest of us. And, like this, when they get caught, claim it was taken out of context or misunderstood. Why? Because they think we are either too stupid to understand what they mean or dumb enough to believe them when they correct us.
But the Left hates the military, and they hate you, you stupid bastards, which is why they commit so much election fraud. You are a dull bunch who don’t know enough to vote for them.
