The Real Spartacus of the Week – Lindsey Graham

“Then the next thing I remember, he’s handing me my ass!”

The courage of Republicans from Trump to Collins, to face down the Democrat smear job, was absolutely epic these past two weeks, and this photoshop from Timothy Bishop captures it well:

Let’s reel off the heroes, shall we?
Chuck Grassley who maintained just enough cool, while putting the Dems in their place, and setting several of them, including their “client” up for perjury charges.
Lindsey Graham, who reminded us that there’s more than one sharp lawyer from SC, and he wasn’t going to take it any more.
Orrin Hatch, who never let the Dems or the protestors get the better of him – in fact driving them nuts.
Susan Collins, who researched and questioned Kavanaugh like an old school Democrat might have, then came down in favor of due process, actual advice and consent, and Kavanaugh himself – bravo!
Kavanaugh himself, who had the armor of total faith in his innocence and wasn’t going to step aside.
McConnell, who kept on smiling and stating unequivocally that he WOULD hold the vote and confirm Kavanaugh – drove the Dems bat$h!t crazy.
Trump, who remained mostly cool, yet doubled down on his nominee – won’t the Dems ever learn not to bring a slingshot to a gunfight with Trump?

What a week or two it’s been!
Just remember – it’s not over until it’s over – defeat all Dems on November 6th!!
