Democrat’s “Illegal Internet Gun Sales” Narrative Crashes and Burns

Internet salesThe media homonculi in the shared Democrat party narrative “room” in the bowels of Washington DC is continuously cranking out bumper-sticker BS sold by so-called experts. They force feed it into the collectivist unconscious where it pops up in news-feeds, internet searches, and gets regurgitated by people who want something to say but have no interest in whether or not it is true. One such revealed left wing truth is the specter of illegal internet gun sales as the impetus for mass shootings.

To validate their narrative, two prominent Congressional Democrats demanded an investigation into Illegal Internet Sales in hopes that the results would feed their propaganda mill.

Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings and Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren demanded the probe in the aftermath of mass shootings and the investigative arm of Congress, the Government Accountability Office (GAO), conducted a lengthy covert operation to try to purchase firearms illegally from internet dealers.

All 72 of Congressional investigators’ attempts to purchase a firearm illegally via the surface web were unsuccessful, slamming Cummings’ and Warren’s claims that guns are easily obtained by criminal elements on the internet.

Judicial Watch reports that all,

“…covert testing involving GAO agents attempting to purchase firearms illegally on the Surface Web were unsuccessful. Specifically, private sellers on Surface Web gun forums and in classified ads were unwilling to sell a firearm to our agents that self-identified as being prohibited from possessing a firearm.”

Cummings participated in a “stop the gun violence” House Democrat sit in, an event attended by Ann Kuster, one of the Democrat parties D.C. ambassadors to the State of New Hampshire.

Kuster said Congress must act to expand background checks for gun sales at shows and online, and if a suspected terrorist is considered too dangerous to fly, they should not be able to buy a gun.

Sit-in participant Ann Kuster (Ak) has been cautious about her anti-gun messaging. Any remarks or statements about guns or gun violence typically includes the word terrorism or terrorist. Who she means by ‘terrorist’ is not clear. But given her historical devotion to the liberal line–she’s more partisan than the Republican she accused of partisanship when she first ran for the seat–the terrorist is anyone who has a firearm that doesn’t collect a paycheck backed by taxpayer dollars or the private security hired to protect ruling class progressives.

But I digress.

The GAO report refutes the left’s illegal internet gun sales narrative. The feds tried, for 15 months (from July 2015 to November 2017), to illegally purchase firearms online and failed in all 72 attempts. Dealers would not sell to prohibited persons and sellers even froze some of the feds “buyers” out of their forums.

But don’t expect any press releases or reversals from Warren, Cummings, the Democrat Party, or their media monkeys. They will continue to recycle this narrative because Democrats believe there is more political capital in fear than in truth.

That doesn’t mean you have to put up with it. Thanks to Warren and Cumings you have a report compiled by “experts” that you can share on social media and in the comments sections of local and national news media sites evertime the internet sales “fake news” rears it’s pointy little progressive head.

Be sure to point out that it was requested by Sen. Liz Warren (D- Trail of Tears) and Elija “Fast and Furious” Cummings, and that “All 72 of Congressional investigators’ attempts to purchase a firearm illegally via the surface web were unsuccessful.”
