I’m going to vote for John Stephen for governor. And Kelly Ayotte for Senator. And Paul Mirski, Charlie Sova, and Bob Hull for state house in my district. And I’m going to vote for Jim Danforth for state senate. In short, I’m going to vote for every Republican on the ballot on November 2nd…except, I’m not sure about one.

Former U.S. Rep. and current candidate Charlie Bass won the primary in New Hampshire’s Congressional District #2 without a majority. The conservative vote split between Jennifer Horn and Bob Giuda. Recently Mr. Bass asked to meet with conservative political activists, and Jennifer Horn kindly obliged him. At that meeting Bass assured the assembled political conserrvatives that if elected, he will…continue to do the crap that he did when he was elected in the past.
I don’t know what I’m going to do about Charlie Bass. I’m sick of the back-stabbing games of Republican "moderates." Charlie Bass wants the votes of conservatives because he wants to get elected. Nothing less and nothing more. Arlen Spector called himself a conservative and asked for conservative Republican votes in Pennsylvania…before he stabbed Pat Toomey and the GOP in the back and switched to Democrat. Charlie Crist called himself a conservative and asked for conservative Republican votes in Florida…before he stabbed Marco Rubio and the GOP in the back and switched to independent. Lisa Murkowski called herself a conservative and asked for conservative Republican votes in Alaska…before she stabbed Joe Miller and the GOP in the back and switched to independent. Jim Jeffords asked for conservative Republican votes in Vermont…before he stabbed the Republican Party in the back and switched to Democrat in the U.S. Senate in 2001. Dede Scozzafava asked for conservative Republican votes in New York’s CD-23…before she stabbed the Republican Party in the back and endorsed the Democrat for election.
No, I don’t think Charlie Bass will pull an underhanded, corrupt, lying switch on the GOP like the political scum above did. BUT…take a look at Charlie Bass’s voting record. He and people like him have helped to destroy the Republican Party as a party of conservative ideals. He and people like him are responsible for what happened in 2006 and 2008. He and people like him effectively prepared the way for the most feckless, incompetent, damaging President in U.S. history. TAKE A LOOK at Charlie Bass’s voting record.
