The big news yesterday was the Federal Dept. of education ruling that men competing against women (or as women) at Franklin Pierce University violates Title IX. The bigger news that is not yet the news is that if this is true at FPU, New Hampshire has a law that violates Title IX.
We’ve been warning New Hampshire about the Council on Diversity and Inclusion. One of its first issues was that NH is too white. It then went on to promote SB263, sold as a much-needed add-on to anti-discrimination “protections” in public schools. As in, end gender discrimination against boys who want to compete in girls’ sports?

The New Hampshire School Board Association has bailed on its policy JBABA, the transgender guidance proposed to NH districts a few years back, leaving districts facing lawsuits in the lurch. That would be SAU16 (Exeter), SAU37 (Manchester), and SAU73 (Gilford).
Got an email tip: “This is being passed stealthily through SAU21. Next board meeting is at Hampton Falls LAS school next Tuesday.” What do they mean by “this?” Policy JBAB. “SAU21 is a cooperative school district consisting of Hampton Falls, North Hampton, South Hampton, and Seabrook.”

Last Tuesday was the latest hearing on my Policy JBAB lawsuit against the Gilford School Board. This is their implementation, via the NH School Board Association, of what was SB263 which made “gender identity” yet another Protected Class like religion, race, national origin (and the like) with respect to discrimination.
