I’m confident when I say, there must be an email that went out to Democrats quoting the State Constitution. Years ago. Use “this” to justify your creeping tyranny. Or, in the case of Alderman (and NH House Rep) Jan Schmidt, it may be the only part of the document she needs to know.
Representative Janice Schmidt (D -Nashua) is the prime sponsor of a bill that would make it a crime if you engaged with public officials electronically and they decided you are a cyberbully. Sharing an email or phone number would be doxxing. But not when they do it. And they do it.

HB1159, the bill (“relative to cyberbullying, cyberstalking, and doxxing of a public servant”) that puts Legislators above the general public’s Right to Free Speech is back in play again after being tabled back (re: interim study) in March of the year.
File this in the ‘you can’t make this stuff up’ folder folks. We used to sing, “sticks and stones may break my bones, but ‘names’ will never hurt me.” Names, words, we pretended we were immune. We’ve since done a one-eighty. Evolved into snowflakes. Now people throw sticks and stones so folks won’t hear words they say might hurt you.
This is brilliant. New York State has Red Flag Laws. Sen. Chuck Schumer is clearly agitating violence and threatening people – Supreme Court Justices, no less. So, someone had to step up and ensure he is not a threat to himself or others. Right?
