Yesterday it was HB350. Today HB 201, AN ACT requiring background checks for commercial firearms sales. To quote Representative John Burt, Through this conflated language, this bill would shut down firearm sales and training in New Hampshire by making the process so complicated and expensive that none could comply. That was the point of the legislation!
