That Super-Hot Arctic…or Something.

by Steve MacDonald April 8, 2018

Yes, there is a warming trend, but that’s hard to dispute seeing as we’ve been in an interglacial for a while now. But blaming it on fossil fuels still doesn’t fly given that most of the total change in temperature happened before your daddy bought his first SUV.

Before 2018 Becomes the “Newest” Warmest Year Ever…

by Steve MacDonald February 11, 2018

Spring is coming, followed by another summer, a time when it will probably be the hottest…it has been all year. And with that “heat” the hyperbolic declarations on Mann-Made warming–which is not to be confused with the Mann-Made cooling, bitter cold, and snow.

2017 One of Hottest Years on Record, Except That it Wasn’t

by Steve MacDonald January 20, 2018

NOAA and NASA have made it their annual New Years resolution to announce that the previous year was one of the hottest on record. In the case of 2017, it too was one of the hottest (EVAH!) and accomplished this (magically) by having significantly fewer “Hot” days than most of the years that preceded it. It […]

Atmospheric Temps Dropping at Record Pace

by Steve MacDonald July 3, 2016

2016 could still be one of the warmest years (on average) in the satellite record. It may only tie 1998. We won’t know until the end of the year. But 1997/1998 and 2015/2016 are both El Nino weakening years flipping to La Nina, as we can see in the satellite temperature record above. It is […]

10 Questions from Christopher Monckton for the Purveyors of Climate Doom.

In an article titled “The profiteers of Doom Were Wrong About Climate,” Christopher Monckton of Brenchley, Willie Soon & David R. Legates, have ten questions for the climatologists of doom. Awkward questions, like… 1: Where has the warming that the surface thermometer datasets now say has occurred in the past 18 years come from? 2: Why, […]

2015 Was Still NOT the Second Hottest Year on Record

by Steve MacDonald January 21, 2016

While the government is selling a story about 2015 having record heat, un-tampered-with data tells us that the majority of the US was not just not “nearly the hottest year that has ever been,” it was cooler than the running 100 year annual average.     Real Climate Science

Did Climate Cultists Just “Defrock” One of Their Own

by Steve MacDonald November 2, 2015

A well known French Weatherman, Philippe Verdier, (a person who presents the weather, not a French Bill Ayers) was sacked by leading French news channel France Télévisions after publishing a book that questioned Climate cult dogma. He said he was inspired to write the book after France’s Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius met with TV meteorologists […]

Global Warming Shortening the Tongues of Bumble Bees…Or Something.

by Steve MacDonald September 25, 2015

That’s the theory. That the rising temperatures created by the number-fudging of NASA scientists or email hacked climate-illusionists in the UK, may be creating a shortage of long-tongued bees. But why, in the world of such rapid evolution, does this not advantage short tube flowers, assuming the bees are not just giving up and playing […]

Hey Buddy, Would You Like To Buy A Bridge in Kyoto?

by Steve MacDonald October 7, 2014
Thumbnail image for Hey Buddy, Would You Like To Buy A Bridge in Kyoto?

Emphasis mine It’s been 18 years and 1 month since there has been any global warming, something not a single climate model has predicted or been able to explain. … As more than one actual scientist has explained, CO2 levels lag behind temperature changes, not lead them. There are a couple of hundred thousands of […]

Atmospheric Fertilization – Another Point in Support of A Climate Reformation

by Steve MacDonald July 14, 2013

It is wise to question why the computer models of the environmentalists who cried wolf have failed so spectacularly.   We should ask how the data provided to justify climate fear-mongering in general has failed to produce any of the results claimed.  We should ask why limousine liberals who insist the seas are rising continue […]

If A Picture is Worth 1000 Words…

by Steve MacDonald May 22, 2013

If a picture is worth 1000 words how many words can we expect from the screeching left-wing enviro-harpies who are already climbing on the graves of dead children  in Oklahoma to make a case for Tornadoes, Temperature, and Global Warming. Preface: Once again the “weather” is our fault.  And while the average amount of Tornado activity has been  lower […]

Ask Jeanne Shaheen – About Diminshed Snowfall

by Steve MacDonald March 4, 2011

Remember the halcyon days when the science of global warming was settled? Do you recall the dire warnings from green industry activists “experts” around the world, echoed by prominent herd animals Democrats, including some from from New Hampshire, that Global Warming was going to diminish regional snowfalls and ruin the ski and tourism industry?
