It may not be news by now but Stacie/Barry Laughton, the first elected/unelected transgender to the New Hampshire House has just turned her/himself in for calling in a bomb threat to a hospital in February after being treated for bi-polar disorder in Vermont. So the transgender felon has a mental illness.
