Bachmann’s Contrdiction

by Steve MacDonald November 27, 2011

Speaker Gingrich is taking heat for statements about immigration reform, mostly from people campaigning against him. (But then, that’s what makes a big primary so much fun.) Congressman Michele Bachmann, on PBS NewsHour of all places, took it to the hole with this remark…

Mitt Romney: Like Having to Take Your Cousin to The Prom

by Steve MacDonald November 16, 2011

If this running for president thing doesn’t pan out, Willard ‘Mitt’ Romney could probably get a gig as the new spokesman for Pork; The other white meat. And I don’t mean political pork. I’m referring to the “not Mitt” mentality that continues to surround the GOP primary process

by Rick Olson October 6, 2011

&nbsp  &nbsp “A hypocrite is the kind of politician who would cut down a redwood tree, then mount the stump and make a speech for conservation.” —Adlai E. Stevenson Following my recent RINO OF THE WEEK report, an amused reader and friend inquired, “Isn’t the RINO one of the world’s deadliest animals? Or is that the […]

RINO OF THE WEEK REPORT

Republikinz-R -Stoopid?

by Steve MacDonald August 30, 2011

Michelle Malkin discusses the lefts age old narrative about Republicans being dumb, and the recent attacks on Rick Perry. The obvious comparison, and she says it herself, “Dumb compared to who?” Great point. We’ve got more University economic egg-heads roaming the White House than you can shake a ruler at and yet they have to the last come up with nothing but a series of failed polices that have a) failed to meet any of their own genius exclamations and expectations and b) made things worse. It’s fun all the way through so take six minutes out of your morning and watch Malkin work.

While Everyone is Pissed Off at Rick Perry

Christopher Hill is Running For President

by Steve MacDonald July 30, 2011

Christopher Hill is running for president. Who? Chris Hill. Chris is a gulf war fighter pilot who spent time in New Hampshire working in grass roots Republican politics. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1985. I met Chris about a year and half ago, and about twelve moths ago he told me over lunch that he was fed up with the government, and was interested in running for public office. He told me he was going to run for president.

How Did Your NH House Republican Rank In 2011?

by Steve MacDonald July 11, 2011

I’ve culled my reps from the list (Hills 19) below. I’ve also generated a list of the Republican bottom feeders for 2011. These are what we would call RINOs, moderate democrats who could never survive the bullying from the left, or might never get elected if they admitted that they have little or no interest in supporting the Republican party platform.
