When talking about the unalienable Rights of Parents, the use of the word “privilege” suggests in this context that “the Government will allow you to <insert action here>.”
We continue with Michelle on legislation allowing parents to opt out of state-wide assessments, some opt out numbers from this years testing, district incentives (ice-cream parties, etc)to reward students who took the tests (and isolate those who did not), and parental involvement.
“Manchester says that loss would “cause irreparable harm to all students attending school in Manchester, as it equates to losing between 10 to 15 full-time teachers in the district.” So, 60 students required 10-15 full time teachers? What am I missing here?
