Some Free Advice To Free Staters

by Steve MacDonald January 10, 2013

It is not beyond the pale to suspect Democrats of using anonymous blog handles and throw away email addresses, to pose as Free Staters in polls, surveys, and online social media, for the purpose of advancing their narrative, particularly after the national attention received by the tyrannical Cynthia Chase. The left has the money and […]

“What we can do is to make the environment here so unwelcoming…”

by Steve MacDonald January 9, 2013

WMUR has a story about a radio poll gone wild.  The Girard at Large program held an on-line poll seeking votes for Manchester New Hampshire person of the year; it attracted more than 44,000 responses complete with comments they thought were a bit over the top. …on social media, the unofficial race turned ugly, with […]

Stupidity, Civility, And The Continued Assault on Free Staters

by Steve MacDonald December 27, 2012

This was originally part of my previous post on pull quotes I found amusing but turned into something else that would have distracted from the previous post being purposefully short and the other quotes getting a shot a some discussion. … In the Union Leader article,  “Free State Movement Not Embraced by All Granite Stater’s” […]

Do we live in a police state? No. Unconstitutional police action is challenged in New Hampshire.

by Tim Condon August 10, 2012

Do the police have the right to stop anyone driving down a road, for any reason or no reason, demanding “your papers”? No. Not in New Hampshire at least.  Read all about it and watch it HERE, and read about why police sobriety checkpoints are unconstitutional and a very bad idea HERE. Excellent, excellent, excellent: […]

NH Dems Target ‘Free State Project.’

by Steve MacDonald October 11, 2011

It sounds like the folks at the Suckley (Sullivan/Buckley) School for Orwellian Linguistics are using peoples lack of knowledge about the liberty movement to frighten them out of voting for anyone they can label as a Free Stater.

I’d Like To Thank New Hampshire’s Establishment Republicans

by Steve MacDonald August 24, 2011

Speaking for myself, I’d like to say thank You. No, really. You have shown yourselves to be nothing more than the childish, backstabbing, power hungry hypocrites we all knew you were. You don’t care about the New Hampshire Republican party, you just care about who is running it and your place in the pecking order.

The Sweet Stench Of Left Wing Hypocrisy

by Steve MacDonald May 26, 2011

The Union Leader wastes no time, exposing Hawkins connection to money she received May 11th from America Votes (out of state left wing donation), which Granite State Progress then used to support the Democrat in the special election she is squawking about, specifically to elect that democrat, in that election.

Is John Lynch In Trouble With Democrats?

by Steve MacDonald May 22, 2011

The progressive socialists who pull the big red levers at party headquarters invest a good deal of political capitol on bashing big business and the men and women who run them so how do they reconcile their figurehead democrat pimping the potential for 1500 new manufacturing jobs in the state, created by some evil, free market, fortune 100 company?

Right To Work Override

by Steve MacDonald May 20, 2011

If Exxon Mobile demanded $50.00 per month from all its employees, every month, to pay for benefits and it’s political action agenda, the left would shit kittens, protest, and then engage in well funded, partisan series of lawsuits until the company was forbidden from using that money for political activity.

New Hampshire Got Jobs!?

by Steve MacDonald May 19, 2011

How about some jobs? New Hampshire is reporting an April unemployment rate of 4.9%. … This is unlike last year when the initial “improvement” we saw was actually the result of workforce decline–people had stopped looking or receiving benefits and dropped out of the equation.

The Missiles of Venezuela

by Steve MacDonald May 17, 2011

Can the guy who accepts books from the same dictator who is prepared to represent a significant risk to American interests in the hemisphere–including interests in America, step up and take them out before they are operational? Or does the major troublemaker and regional king maker in Venezuela have a right to intermediate range weapons capable of carrying nuclear warheads, and the ongoing training and assistance of Iran’s Qods force?

NH Senate Should BEG Our forgiveness on RGGI

Is The Teenage Mother’s Life Really at Risk?

by Steve MacDonald May 13, 2011

In the 20th century, deaths from complications of pregnancy have dropped from 850 per 100,000 pregnancies in 1900 all the way down to 7.5. That’s quite impressive. What has to annoy liberals is that most of that improvement occurred by 1982 and without unlimited access to “life saving abortions,” and without the state or federal pro-abortion democrats hindering parental consent before they were performed on minors.

A Funding “Solution” For Democrats Concerned about Budget Cuts

by Steve MacDonald May 13, 2011

Remember all that stuff we didn’t have to have in the New Hampshire budget before 2006 when the democrats started piling it up into what has become our Billion dollar budget deficit? I don’t either. I’m not even sure what they spent it on which is why I am convinced I can do without it. All this caterwauling is clearly just cover for keeping the bloated bureaucracy alive so they can milk it for union campaign contributions.

Hillary Clinton Edited Out Of ‘Iconic’ Photo

by Steve MacDonald May 10, 2011

As a staged piece of populist propaganda, proven to be yet another Obama/Progressive Potemkin village, it validates the patent distrust we all feel towards them and the dishonesty of this political party, its leadership, it’s leader, and its obsessive desire to mislead the people in pursuit of photo-ops to build up a tragically failed and economically destructive presidency doomed to end in 2012.
