U.S. Department of Education investigates Yale for Discriminating Against Men

yale-university-1604157_960_720It was only a matter of time.

According to a letter dated April 26, the department’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is investigating seven Yale initiatives, including the Yale Women Faculty Forum, the Working Women’s Network, the Yale University Women’s Organization,  and the Yale Women’s Campaign School.

These initiatives allegedly provide, to varying degrees, scholarships, professional development, academic opportunities, and summer programs exclusively to female students and professors, the complaint alleges.

The Equity movement has nothing to do with equality and inclusion because the terms contradict each other.

As noted here,

But the way most of you have been taught to understand them makes you irrational, unreasoning. For you have been taught that we must have as much diversity as possible and that equality means that everyone must be made equal. But equal simply means the same. To say that 2+2 equals 4 is to say that 2+2 is numerically the same as four. And diversity simply means difference. So when you say that we should have diversity and equality you are saying we should have difference and sameness. That is incoherent, by itself. Two things cannot be different and the same at the same time in the same way.”

Self-segregation in another example, as contradictory to “inclusion” as can be imagined but sanctioned and ordained by the SJW’s as critical to achieving equality.

Having the POC only events off campus will help, but there is still the matter of an entire socially engineered culture demanding equity or uniformity of outcome in everything that openly celebrates discrimination while self-segregating itself.

If it’s intolerant, racist, and bigoted when white people do it should progressives (Democrats) oppose it?

So, given the mental gymnastics needed to make all of that “make sense” to the snowflakasuaruses, to find Yale under investigation for discrimination is not the least bit surprising.

Is it more surprising that it did not happen sooner?

“Yale University violates Title IX by funding/sustaining programs which practice discrimination in their admission/election practices,” Pekgoz wrote in a complaint to the OCR, a copy of which was obtained by Campus Reform

His complaint also pointed out that male students are increasingly a minority on college campuses, and that, from an ethical perspective, they deserve equal access to academic opportunities.

“Men are a minority at Yale University (48%) and nationwide enrollment rates for men are even lower (42.8%),” his letter asserted, adding that “men are even less likely to graduate from college after initial enrollment.”

Men are the minority.

And not just a Yale.

I wonder how the snowflakes will react if Title IX does indeed (as it should) work both ways?
