ANTRIM: Observances at 8:15 a.m. at North Branch Cemetery and 8:45 a.m. at Maplewood Cemetery. Parade begins at 9:30 a.m. starting at gym. More at townofbennington.com.

ATKINSON: Parade begins at 10:30 a.m. at town hall, goes to Academy and Leroy avenues and Main Street before ending at Dow Common, where a ceremony will be held. More at town-atkinsonnh.com.

BENNINGTON: Observances at 10:45 a.m. at town cemeteries. Parade begins at 11:30 a.m. at the VFW.

BOW: Wreath ceremony at 4:15 p.m. at the Town Pond, with a parade and cookout to follow. A Memorial Day observance will be held from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. at the town bandstand and attendees are encouraged to bring a chair. CLAREMONT: Parade begins at 10 a.m. at Claremont Middle School, proceeds down South and Pleasant streets, to West Pleasant Street Cemetery for an observance at the Tomb of the Unknowns. Parade continues up Pleasant Street to Opera House Square and onto Broad Street for a ceremony in Broad Street Park.

DOVER: The Woodman Museum will hold wreath–laying ceremonies and cannon salutes to honor Civil War veterans at 10 and 11 a.m.

DURHAM: 71st annual parade begins at 10 a.m. at Mill Pond Road and heads downtown to Memorial Park.

GILFORD: Annual Run to Remember 5k begins at 9 a.m. Parade assembles at Gilford Community Church parking lot at 9:45 a.m. and proceeds at 10 a.m. to the World War I and World War II veterans memorial near Gilford Community Church. HOLLIS: Veterans are invited to assemble at Memorial Park at 5:15 p.m., where the VFW chaplain will reads POW-MIA prayer at 5:30 p.m.; Daughters of the American Revolution will set wreaths at Scouts Memorial Park at 5:32 p.m.; the assembly marches to town commons for ceremony at 5:35 p.m. In case of rain, ceremony will be at Hollis Lawrence Barn. KINGSTON: Parade begins at 1 p.m. at town hall to North Road to the entrance of Greenwood Cemetery for an observance. All veterans are invited to Kingston Veteran’s Club, 36 Church St, for an open house and refreshments after.

LACONIA: Parade begins at 10 a.m. at Wyatt Park and marches up South Main to end at Veteran’s Square.

LEBANON: Parade begins down Route 120 at 11 a.m., pausing at Hanover Street Bridge for a service. It continues around Colburn Park, down Church Street and enters the School Street Cemetery for another brief service. Parade continues onto School Street to Colburn Park. More at lebanonnh.gov.

LONDONDERRY: Parade begins at 10 a.m. at high school on Mammoth Road, goes to Glenwood Cemetery and returns to town common. Ceremonies will be at the cemetery and the common. More at londonderrynh.org.

MANCHESTER: Manchester VA Medical Center will host a ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Rain or shine.

MANCHESTER: Parade begins at 2 p.m. at Webster and Elm streets and proceeds to Veterans Memorial Park for a ceremony.

MEREDITH: A service at 8 a.m. at Oakland Cemetery in Meredith Center; 9 a.m. service at Meredith Village Cemetery on Route 3 led by The Rev. Msgr. Belanger. Parade particpants assemble at 9:30 a.m. in Post 33 parking lot on Plymouth Street. Parade proceeds to Meredith Library at 9:50 a.m. and on to the town library for a 10 a.m. ceremony at Hesky Park bandstand. An observance at 10:45 a.m. at the POW/MIA Memorial will feature a speech by Bob Jones and guest speaker Jeanie Forrester. ROCHESTER: Parade begins at 10 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 189 N. Main St., and proceeds to the bridge and the city commons.

RYE: Parade begins at 9 a.m. at the Veterans Monument and ends at Central Cemetery. Participants include NH Police Association Pipes and Drums, Rye Police and Fire Departments, Rye Junior High Marching Band, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and vintage fire trucks. SOMERSWORTH: American Legion’s Memorial Day Parade begins at 11 a.m. on Constitutional Way, proceeds from Green Street to Franklin Street to Main Street. A ceremony will be held at Somersworth Museum Service Men and Women Memorial in the park. The parade will continue to Berwick Bridge and return up High Street to end at Constitutional Way.

STRATHAM: Celebration begins at 1:30 p.m. with a parade starting on Jackrabbit Lane, east onto Portsmouth Avenue to Stratham Hill Park for an observance. More at strathamnh.gov.

BOSCAWEN: Ceremony, rain or shine, from 11 a.m. to noon at New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway. Seating is limited so bring a chair and arrive by 10:30 a.m. to avoid traffic.

NEWMARKET: Parade begins at 6 p.m. at town library.
