After this weekend’s “March for our lives”…they don’t realize they are just the newest version of Cindy Sheehan

How dare you wear that offensive t shirtIn hearing and reading the stories of how school administration and teachers were supportive of what turned out to be lots of, not “school safety” protests, but of “turn it up to 11” political rallies by middle and high school kids who seemingly know jack about our country’s political and philosophical history, the idea that a Right is not granted by Government, and aided, abetted, organized, and financed by the Left’s civilian disarmament battalions, the image above fits.

Really, after the snarling, F-bomb, cursing interviews all around the themes that THEY are in charge (and adults are stupid – gee, where’d they get THAT from??), I’m believing that charter schools, private schools, religious schools, and homeschooling rates are going to soar as parents determined “not MY little bundle of joy and angst.”

Certainly, the rhetoric and attitude as displayed by these self-absorbed, holier-than-thou, wet-behind-the-ears, haven’t-even-started-paying-taxes-and-supporting-themselves so-called “gun experts” simply because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time may win them friends from the RESIST and Marxist crowd but not with a lot of the rest of us. The rallies reminded me of how the top ranking Democrats literally hijacked the funeral for the late Democrat Senator from Wisconsin, Paul Wellstone (“Do it for Paul! Do it for Paul!”); a crowd whipped up into a frenzy more attuned to a political campaign rally than a respectful acknowledgement of the recently deceased.

And lest I forget, formerly, Tide Pod eating aficionados, apparently.

is not one that I didn’t tolerate from my kids as they were growing up and I’m certainly not going to tolerate from these totalitarian political equivalents of the Kardashians (famous for being famous) telling this adult, who is more than three times your age, what I need and what I can have. Are their parent really that proud of them having pulled a Hillary in calling their elders much worse then Deplorables and Irredeemables and showing that they know squat one about what they are calling for? Certainly, it seems, they’ve tickled a big uptick in interest in the NRA are gun sales are going up.

And if these snot-nosed brats (hey, I normally would treat you like the children you are but when you step into the Political Arena, YOU pulled your own protective wrap away and made yourselves fair game) think that with the backing of those that have willing made you into political pawns (Sure thing, David Hogg – this week you’re a gun expert and campaign maestro, and next week you’re the best on Voter ID?). You make no points with most of us running down an enumerated Right while you’re wearing a “army” get up with a Communist Cuba patch on it – didn’t it sink in WHY your parents left and that the Castros first disarmed the Cuban population right after taking power? But then again, few tweeners and teenagers have the knowledgebase to put two and two together in an outburst of “critical thinking” (and now we’re back to the teacher in the cartoon above) and properly figure things out.

Yes, their moments of fame will fade. After all, when the Left’s agenda didn’t need her anymore, Cindy Sheehan was thrown to the gutter and then under the bus. To this day, she still doesn’t understand why.

Why? It’s what the Left does – “you’re merely a cog and when we’ve worn you out for our purposes, we just move on”. In this case, while their hopped-up-on-emerging-hormone-driven-emotions are driving them, wait til these political newbies figure out that:

  • The Left figured out that their leash went too long on them because…
  • …they’ve riled us Normals up. Insulting large swaths of your perspective allies doesn’t cut it. Ya just HAD to give us a reason to go vote (if nothing more than to block you once again).

Just go ask the DACA kids.
