Parkland – No, It’s Not An Amusement Park

Parkland Here it is two weeks after the complete and utter failure of the 3,000-student high school in Florida to protect the kids it has control over for most of the day.

Two weeks and there is little to no discussion of mental health.

Two weeks and no discussion of over-sized student factories.

It has taken two weeks for America to find out that the self-promoting, political machine master, Sheriff Israel, is not a hero. Facts have to be dragged out that rabbit hole.

But here we are, just like the Left wants, talking about guns.

I have been thinking about gun safety in government schools and come to the conclusion that the safest guns in Parkland were in the holsters of the sheriff deputies – they never hurt anyone. Why are sheriff deputies armed anyway?

How about this.

Has anyone looked at how the gigantic high school in Parkland, Fla. keeps the private records it has on each student? Are they safe? Would the people in charge of the physical safety of students even think to protect private documents?

Does the giant school have one nurse? It had only one resource officer for 3,000 kids.

How many administrators and assistant administrators and assistants to assistant administrators does the Parkland school have? Is this student factory all about hiring middle management in exchange for student safety?

Two weeks and the chattering class is still debating bump stocks, just like they are programmed to do.

Saul Alinsky would be proud.

The Left is fundraising off gun control.

Some things never change.
