I Got Robby’d Of Like An Education

Robby-Mook-Screen-Shot-Yahoo-News-4-20-2016-e1461176633362There is nothing even close to an Ivy League education to set one apart from the deplorables. You can look anyone in the eye and say, “I graduated from, blah, blah, blah,” and not have to prove you have a clue about anything. It is automatically assumed you must be intelligent.

Take Robby Mook for example. He just delivered a stunning example of his I.Q. to a reporter on some podcast. In four simple sentences, he exposes to the world how much he learned in college, and in life, as a national campaign manager for a presidential candidate.

“Mook responded, “I remember on the plane, she had this lawn chair. And so you’re on an airplane, right?”

“It was like those lawn chairs that you fold up and you put a beer in? And she would always like, every time I traveled on the plane, she’d be like, ‘Robby, pull out the chair!’”

“And I’d, like, set up this chair in the middle and she would kind of, like, wrap herself up in a blanket. And you know, we would just, like, kick it!”

“And she would talk about, like, you know, Netflix and like, shows. I don’t know! That’s the Hillary that I know.”

Was Mook trying to be cute? Was he just letting his hair down to show how hip he is? (70’s hip.)

This guy had educated parents and studied the humanities in college.

Apparently, Mook’s attempt to speak to this podcaster without sounding like a Valley Girl was a complete failure – just as Hillary’s unstoppable presidential campaign turned out to be.
